I had a nice stay despite some hiccups! The relative security at night was comforting, and the availability of 24-hour coffee and snacks was a nice perk. The renovated rooms were a relief from what I'd seen in photos versus the lobby area, which seemed far more upscale.

The stay offered a comfortable bed and friendly service, making it a pleasant experience, but issues arose when trying to extend my stay. The check-out process was stressful. I faced a late fee despite making attempts to extend, and the payment system was malfunctioning, leaving me in a difficult situation. Additionally, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, likely due to high AC settings.

We had a fun time exploring the nearby Lakeside Country Club and enjoying the pool. The staff was friendly and checked on us, making our stay with two teens very enjoyable. The price we paid was excellent, allowing us to stay within budget.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel.
